I think my favorite part about Christmas is the decorations. Some people wait until they are married, or have families, or are actually going to be at home for Christmas to put up a tree. Not me. I've put up a tree every year for the past 7 or 8 years. A real tree. And I've only spent Christmas at my own home for a couple of those years. So, I'm dedicated. And, I've acquired quite a few ornaments over the years. Ornaments that I love...and that would be no match for "The Destroyer". So, this year I decided to get creative and make some new, baby-proof ornaments. All it took was a trip to Hobby Lobby and a couple of craft nights with my best girls and here is what we came up with.

Not bad if I do say so myself and needless to say they have been a huge hit with the under 3 foot crowd in our house.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

It's a beautiful tree. Our first tree after Debby was born was adorned with paper chains and colored homemade popcorn balls which our little crawling darling loved to scoot up to and lick and bite. Yours is so much better! And I can see that Aidan thinks it's wonderful.
Oh I so need your pattern for your ornaments, we have broken way to many around this house.
